Internet Config Access is a utility for giving access to the Internet Config database from AppleScript. Internet Config is a system put together by some bright folks in Western Australia as a unified repository for Internet-related configuration information, such as your News host, your signature information, and so on, so that every Internet application you run on your Mac doesn't need to maintain its own copy of this information.

So I thought, a lot of these applications are becoming scriptable now, why not make the Internet Config database scriptable as well? Hence Internet Config Access.
